This website will ask you some questions to check that you are eligible for the Back on Track service and help you request an appointment with our teams.

Once we have checked your eligibility, the site also asks for a little more detail of the problems you are having so we can send this information to our advisers in advance of your first appointment.

When you book an appointment using this website we also let our other project partners know about this.  This includes your local council, who will put a stop on any enforcement action for debts that you may owe to them whilst our advisers work with you.

Our partners include your local council and some housing associations (if you are a tenant with them).  We share information with these so that if you have any rent or Council Tax debts they can put a stop on recovery action for 60-days whilst you get support from the project.

They will also share details of any debts you have with our teams in advance of your appointment so they can advise you how best to deal with these.

For further information see our privacy policy, available from the link at the bottom of the page.
