A new service supported by your local GP for working age people living with health problems in Lambeth and Southwark.
If you have long-term health problems, including with your mental health, and are worried about money then we can help you to:
Get all the benefits you are entitled to, including by helping with claims for Universal Credit, Employment Support Allowance and Personal Independence Payments.
Apply for grants for white goods and other essential items you may need, or for extra help with your housing costs.
Lower the cost of bills including fuel and water.
Stop enforcement of Council Tax and rent arrears if you
owe these to the Council or any of the project’s participating Housing Associations for up to 60 days, whilst we work with you.
And we can link you to a wide range of support to help with your health condition too.
